PRODUCT RETURN POLICY STATEMENT
This policy covers return of product(s) purchased from Defiant Truck Products where the date of invoice is 15 days or more prior to the request for return of the product(s). The product(s) will be covered under the Limited Warranty policy of Defiant Truck Products.The customer must first contact by letter, certified letter or email his / her intent to return an item purchased from Defiant Truck Products.
Products returned for credit;
The customer must first notify Defiant Truck Products in writing within 15 days of the date of invoice of the desire to return a product for credit and must receive authorization from Defiant Truck Products to return the product(s). All products must be returned to Defiant Truck Products in the original packaging with all related components and installation instruction manuals. After receipt, and evaluation of the product(s) has been deemed satisfactory, a credit will be issued. The credit issued will be for the original purchase price less any sales tax, shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer. If the product(s) returned are not in resalable condition, a partial credit may be issued and a restocking fee applied. The amount of restocking fee applied will be 15% of the purchase price.
Products returned for replacement;
The customer must first notify Defiant Truck Products in writing within 15 days of the date of invoice of the desire to return a product for replacement and must receive authorization from Defiant Truck Products to return the product(s). All products must be returned to Defiant Truck Products in the original packaging with all related components and installation instruction manuals. After receipt, and evaluation of the product(s) has been deemed satisfactory, a replacement will be issued. The replacement issued will be for the same component likeness less any additional shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer. If the product(s) returned are not in resalable condition, a partial credit may be issued and a restocking fee applied. the amount of the restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price. If the product(s) has been determined to be defective due to designs in material and workmanship, the product will be restored, repaired or replaced if deemed that the customer has received a defective product.
